- Head of School
Megan Cover, Head of School of GPS, McCallie’s sister school, sat down in McCallie’s podcast studio with Lee Burns ’87, McCallie’s Head of School, to discuss her first year as GPS’ head, reflect on the special relationship of the two independent schools, and share ideas for the future.
The result of that conversation is the latest edition of McCallie’s Stories from the Ridge podcast series. In the conversation, the two school heads discuss ways to improve and enhance the coordinate programs that have marked the McCallie-GPS relationship for many years. There’s a surprise announcement (hint: a new varsity sport for GPS!), and Ms. Cover shares with the McCallie community the story of her professional career, from a French/Spanish teacher in Wilmington, Delaware to the head of one of the nation’s top girls schools.
