I'm grateful for the opportunity to flourish in anything you’re interested in here. You can be whoever you want to be at McCallie.
Connor Parks, Class of 2023
From the time he was six years old, seventh-grader Connor Parks has been fascinated by fish. How fascinated? His knowledge so impressed the staff of the Tennessee Aquarium while he was at camp there that he began doing promotional videos for the Chattanooga landmark.
Connor’s passion led him to McCallie, where he’s already conducting research in Dr. Karah Nazor’s lab in McCallie's state-of-the-art science building, Walker Hall, studying the effects of depression on cancer cell growth in fish using two types of tank environments.
