They can call our Central Reservations at (423) 531-4653 ext. or guests can also go to Marriott.com, select MY TRIPS in the upper right corner, and type in their Reservation Information to make edits that way - If they are Marriott Bonvoy Members, we highly recommend them downloading the Bonvoy app on their smartphone and they can edit and make requests through the mobile app.
