"All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances, And one man in his time plays many parts..." - As You Like It

The Theater Arts program at McCallie is thriving under actor and director Stevie Ray Dallimore, who has expanded the scope and breadth of offerings to include three dramatic productions annually and courses in both Theater & Drama and Filmmaking.

Recent productions have included The Jedi Doth Return by Ian Doescher, the Star Wars saga reimagined as an Elizabethan drama, as well as winter productions combining the acting and writing talents of both students and faculty!

From McCallie to Hollywood.

McCallie alumnus Chris Lee '13 came to McCallie never having acted or performed. He dove into the music and theatre programs, and since leaving McCallie has starred in the Chicago and national tours of Hamilton and earned roles on numerous television shows.
