There is an old question where one is asked to connect three cities to three utility companies without crossing a line.  Well it cannot be done in the plane.  It can, however, be done on a torus.  Here is a small exploration of this idea and some extension.  It has always been amazing to me what a student will latch onto.  This project reflects the combine trinity of good student, helpful professor, and the internet linking us all.

Using MPEG animations, the author leads you step-by-step into the visualization of four dimensions.  I have gone through all the videos and they work fine.  (I can't say I really understand it, but it was pretty interesting.)
