From Chattanooga:

I-75 South to Hwy. 20 East, Follow 20 until 369 branches off to the left. This will take you into Gainesville and then you will merge onto the Jesse Jewel Parkway. Stay on this for a while until you reach Limestone Parkway, where you will turn left. You must park in the satellite lots and ride the shuttle bus (free). There is no parking on Clarke's Bridge Road and they WILL TOW.

From Atlanta:
