NEWS & INFO: 

At the Head of the Tennessee on Saturday, October 19, McCallie boats finished: Novice 8A - 1st, Novice 8B - 4th, Novice 4's - 4th, 5th, 11th, Varsity 4 - 3rd, Varsity 8 - 2nd, 5th.  

The Chattanooga Head Race was held on Saturday, October 12.  Our rowers finished well: Novice 8's - 1st, 4th, 5th, Novice 4's - 2nd, 5th, Varsity 4's - 1st, 4th, Varsity 8 - 1st, 4th. 

Congratulations to former McCallie coach Dan Beery on his silver medal at the World Championships in Seville!  The photo below shows (left to right) United States silver medalists Dan Beery, Dana Schmunck, coxswain Joe Manion, the German gold medalists, and the Australian bronze medalists.  More information can be found here.
